Can’t get to Sleep!
Every night I feel tired but when I lay down I seem to all of sudden be wide awake. I toss and turn but it seems like I just can’t get comfortable and relax!
After a hour or two I am usually able to fall asleep, but the problem then is I can’t seem to wake up! It’s the exact opposite of when I go to sleep.
My sleep pattern is REALLY messed up because of this… What do I do?
