Can’t focus / My mind is too cluttered!

It seems like I have 20 different threads of thought going in my head at any one time.

I’ll focus on one, put it aside to think of something else, try to refocus on the original task or thought, think of new idea and focus on it, etc…

How do I reduce the clutter and regain the ability to focus?

  1. I have the same problem…

    I’ve found that it really helps to get all the idea’s, worries, things to do, and so on, out of my head and on to paper.
