Addicted to Soda!
I love soda, it is (in my opinion) about the best tasting drink there is. I also love sweet iced tea, but not as much as soda.
I drink about 4-6 soda’s a day and want to cut down or even completely quit soda. I also drink water, OJ, and milk, but none really replace the soda.
What are some healthier things I can reach for instead of soda? I tried “flavored soda water” and it’s sour, I would prefer plain flavorless water over that.
Any ideas?
